1. Download Your Map – Scan the QR code to access the course map.

2. Explore the Checkpoints – Visit as many checkpoints as possible, in any order.

3. Take on Challenges – At each checkpoint, choose between a mental challenge, a physical challenge, or both!

4. Complete the post-race survey- Share your experience and feedback to help us improve future challenges. ​
